EPV is a non profit organization consisting of veterinarians working with Non Human Primates (NHPs) in primate centres, clinics, research institutes, universities, government, industry, zoos or sanctuaries.
EPV is a network through which veterinarians may share experience and knowledge on matters regarding NHPs. EPV promotes fellowship among primate veterinarians to facilitate data exchange, research in primatology and education. EPV provides a European interface to promote the dissemination of information, advice, expertise or recommendations relating to the health, care and welfare of NHPs, plus all circumstantial measures to protect the professionals working with NHPs.
